Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim, please contact us as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process and liaise with your insurer on your behalf where appropriate.
In the event of an emergency or where immediate insurer contact is required, please refer to your policy documentation for your insurer's direct claims contact details. Emergency contact numbers are normally provided on your policy schedule or within your policy document.

- Do not admit liability or make any offer of payment without first consulting your insurer
- Preserve any evidence that may be relevant to the claim
- Keep a record of any costs or losses incurred
